Sam Kwon - President and Member of Board of Directors
Sam was involved in International Business and successfully ran his own business. Sam was involved in cardio-medical research and published a number of journal articles. He also completed the Minority Business Executive Program (MBEP) of the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. As President of Vesta Pharmaceuticals, Sam's business acumen and scientific and technical expertise will propel the company to a leading position as a quality manufacturer of nutritional and pharmaceutical products.

Cecil W. Propst Ph.D. - Member of Board of Directors
Cecil is both a faculty member and a consultant for the Center for Professional Advancement in New Jersey. He has been involved in many projects such as: teaching regulatory courses for industry, formulation and design of a diagnostics manufacturing facility, plant expansion layout for a generic manufacturing facility, and regulatory system design for a nutritional supplement firm.

Caprice Bearden-Quality Specialist
Caprice has thirty years experience in quality and compliance, ten of them in the pharmaceutical industry. She possesses extensive knowledge in quality and regulatory compliance auditing, where she holds certification in compliance auditing. Caprice has been instrumental in implementing several quality and compliance programs for various companies.

Victor Derose MBA, JD - Vice President of Business Development, Director of Management
Victor has been both a previous partner at the Arthur Anderson Law Firm, and the previous CEO of Gulfstream. He has twenty-five years of executive management experience in small and medium sized manufacturing companies. He was involved in all the financial and legal aspects of his previous businesses which included: finance, accounting, securities and exchanges in accordance to SEC compliance, banking relations, general legal compliance, commercial law, labor law, litigation, and insurance law.

Cindy K. Lail, JD, LL.M. – Project Manager, Staff Counsel
Cindy is a business lawyer with a six-year concentration in the legal and regulatory issues affecting nutritional & pharmaceutical product manufacturing and distribution. She has seventeen years experience as an owner or manager of small- and medium-sized organizations, and is experienced in corporate regulatory compliance and due diligence investigations. She has been involved for five-years in East Asian nonprofit social development projects.

Agustin O. Luis, Jr. - Business Development Manager
Agustin has 14 years of sales and leadership experience at Eli Lilly and Ingersoll-Rand. As business development manager, Agustin brings experience in multiple aspects of business development including change management, performance management, sales and leadership training, recruiting, operations and human resource management, in both the domestic and international markets. Serving in leadership and training positions for two Fortune 100 companies has allowed Agustin to identify the critical aspects necessary for sales and marketing representatives, and organizations to create clear vision, establish key milestones and processes for assessing individual and team performance, organizational effectiveness and how to coach others to do the same.

Travis Kost - QA/QC Manager
Travis received his undergraduate degree from Indiana University. He has eight years of pharmaceutical experience at different pharmaceutical companies. Travis has spear headed several quality and regulatory audits. He also possesses extensive validation experience.
