Director of Compliance

Lead Vesta through final stages of FDA cGMP certification process.
Knowledge of CFR21 111 and CFR21 210 & 211 required for Federal compliance.
Extensive verbal and technical writing skills requisite.
Maintain and update SOP’s to cover Vesta production and supply chain operations.
Implement effective SOP/cGMP training, maintain employee training records and assessment.
Proactively identify compliance issues/risks and provide corrective actions.
Represent Vesta and maintain professional contact with industry and regulatory personnel.
Oversee quality system and process validation.
Create a strong collaborative environment, develop and motivate staff to excel in timely production of compliant high quality products.

Sales Professionals

Vesta is seeking experienced sales people throughout the U.S. to represent the Company's two major divisions. Candidates for either division's sales team should have at least one year of sales experience with direct customer contact. A background in nutritional supplements, pharmaceuticals, and biological, chemical, or medical sciences, or a related field, is a strong plus. All candidates must exhibit a great sense of independence, with proven ability to achieve results in a self-reliant role. The compensation package depends on individual experience and proven ability, and is likely to be heavily weighted toward pay-for-performance. Open positions include the following:

Vesta™ Brand Product Sales - will be responsible for sales of Vesta™ Brand Nutritional Supplement and Pharmaceutical products to retail stores in a geographical territory. Tasks include achieving sales goals, managing customer requests, and educating customers on the unique benefits of Vesta™ brand products. The rep's success will depend greatly on her/his ability to help storeowners achieve success with our products.
Contract Manufacturing/Private Label Service Sales - will work to find and develop accounts seeking manufacturing services. A working knowledge of nutritional supplement and pharmaceutical ingredients is needed. This position will work with Vesta's technical staff to advise clients on such product aspects as formulation, industry regulation, and aspects of labeling, marketing, and product promotion. It is required to be a "full-service point of contact" for clients. Sales representatives are given monetary incentives to share potential leads with their counterparts in the opposite division.
